We have been to this establishment between 6 or 7 times. It was fine. The last time I went was about 6 months ago. I brought 3 other couples to have dinner. The experience was extremely poor. The food was sub par and cold, our table wasn’t served properly, and they reheated some of the dishes after it was brought to their attention. Salads were put onto the same dish as hot food. The staff made some minor adjustments for our dissatisfaction. When leaving the manager actually accosted one couple in our party for not leaving a ‘standard’ 18% tip. The manager actually addressed the wrong couple. That couple explained that if the manager thought the wait staff deserved more money, it was then the responsibility of management or the establishment. Sadly we will not be back. It only takes one poor experience. I had recommended the place and took my guests. I was embarrassed.

A good night here. Live music always made me smile. Had to work a bit to get My 13yo a plate of Gluten Free pasta without red sauce. Initial response was 'not on menu'. Happy to see Alaskan Salmon on menu. It arrived well done. 4 stars for live music and good drink specials. But if you're a foodie, you may be left wanting

Good food and service. Smileing faces. Neat spot.

Great food. Great service. Had my family of 9. Ordered some beers and an amazing Bloody Mary and by the time I paid for the drinks our table was ready. We ranged from crab cakes to hamburgers to a French dip sandwich. Kids had chicken fingers and chocolate cake. Everything was great.

Giving four instead of five for one reason really. It was very obvious that most of the wait staff had some behind the scenes drama going on. NEVER should your customers need to know this better yet see it first hand. I'm not going to go into details because I think this place is better than what's going on there right now. Get rid of the ones that don't want to work, argue somewhere else. Now that that's said and done let me say that we sat at the bar (thank goodness) because Jessica and nick seemed to be the only ones getting along and making the customers feel like they were glad ( not put out) that they had customers. These two worked very well as a team, and were happy. The food was good and fresh! My husband had the burger, he said one of the best he's had. The coleslaw was great too. I had the fish factory favorite salad and added salmon, it was also very fresh. House-made balsamic vinaigrette was delish! We will definitely return, hopefully to see a turnover in waitstaff.
