Food was great as usual. However, I did notice that one female employee was in poor spirits for whatever reason. She was not rude, but displayed a sad dejected face. Hope she feels better soon. Southport, NC.
This is the slowest Bojangles I have ever been too. The drive through takes 45+ mins and if you go inside they do not even notice you. I will not return.
Went through drive through ordered a burger which they explained they only serve chicken. I went for a plain chicken sandwich which I was charged $4.50 for, when I looked at it it was a thick bun and a very thin burned piece of nothing. Absolutely garbage for what you pay. I called the manager who didn't seem to care so I contacted corporate in Charlotte about this experience and they B.S'd with me for a while and wanted me to go back on them, they said they would send a gift card, which I didnt really care about, but it has been weeks and I have still heard nothing. Terrible onsite manager, even worse corporate backing. Everyone needs retraining here, hopefully this place tanks soon, Im sure it will. Anyone ever heard of Zaxby's?? They get fresh chicken everyday and make delicious salads, the staff is great and they seem to care about quality. Bojangles could take a hint...
Worst experiance I've ever had at a bojangles! If i could rate it with negative stars I would. Everyone looked like they didnt know what was going on and they weren't even busy. Definitely will rethink my choice before i go there again.
