Very poor service. Came to drop off a suit to get dry cleaned in 24 hours, not a problem for the other 99.9% of cleaning services in the world. but they said they cannot do it because they don't run the machines on Friday. Then why the hell are you open?? Keep up the terrible work! I would not recommend you to anyone that I know.
I am so thankful for local businesses with owners who care about it's clients. My husband and I unexpectedly went out of town and I forgot to pick up my husband's heavy winter from the cleaners. We would be coming back into town late Christmas eve but turning around again and leaving for Minnesota Christmas Day. I had no way of getting his coat! Mr. Cheatham was nice enough to meet my mother at the store on Chistmas eve so she could get my husband's coat. This saved us from having to go buy a new coat! It saved us money and really saved the day! We are so thankful for them!

I would like to recommend Southport cleaners due to my recent rug cleaning experience. Their customer service was beyond my expectations. Alan gave me a timeframe of when he could pick up and deliver my cleaned rug. He set up the cleaned rug in my home, was extremely professional and prompt. Our family's white rug is as good as new. I appreciate their kindness and look forward to doing business with them in the future.
