Rude. Disrespectful. Unhelpful.
I bought a vacant piece of land for future home build. People are ALL great, I did the research ahead of time as any potential buyer of anything should do and already know what I can expect as far as regulations on building in the future. Speed limit is GREAT!- Golf carts and residents cross the road all the time and drivers need to slow down and watch. Any private gated community with or without a P.O.A. (even apartment complexes) any more almost all have sort of "don't work on car in parking lot" type of rule. Can't wait to work with the P.O.A. and other staff when I start to build my next home.
Didn't feel welcomed at all, and I never even stepped foot into the place. YUCK!!! As a Realtor from California, and also a single successful female, who was looking for a nice place to retire, I was completely repulsed with almost everyone I spoke to who works at this place. I was disrespected on almost every level, not only by a salesperson, but also by the gal that coordinates the club memberships. After understanding more about the area, the flood zones, the hurricanes and the people who work at St. James Plantation, this is a recipe for retirement that I am no longer interested in sampling.
Disregard Jordan's comments. He obviously wasn't allowed through the front gates. This is one of the best golf communities (mostly retirees) in this part of the country. Golf is great, although the rates have gotten a little unreasonable, and the amenities are second to none. Top notch marina, pools, restaurants, and parks.
Awesome. Beautiful. Clean, friendly. Definitely worth coming back.
