Not a happy camper right now. Just because someone has a bad day. You should not take it out on other people, mostly your customers. I wouldn't even give you all a 1 star, but had to just so I could post this.
No wonder why the post office is going down hill.
The point is this I walked back in and here the person was talking about me to another worker with customers waiting to be waited on. Poor business. You do not talk about someone in front of customers. I own a bussiness, and needed them to mail out orders. Does not matter how many times a person comes in and ask for things, you should always be curious to people.
I am only leaving 1 star because I can not leave 0! I was home all day on 12/7, a note for a "final notice" for a package was left in my mailbox. The carrier NEVER came to the door for me to sign for this package!!! She just left the notice in my mailbox! This is the 3rd issue with this carrier! The first was her honking her horn repeatedly for me to go out the the driveway for a package she was too lazy to get out of the car! The second was my package being delivered to a house on an entire different road. I only received the package because the person in that house was great enough to bring it to me!!!
I am one who don't get easily upset, but I tell you this is the worse post office I ever have seen. Top it off the workers there needs to learn "watch your mouth as you don't know who is listen". Asked again for bubble envelopes, was told they didn't have any, even though I called and was told they did and was told that they where waiting for there shipment. Well I am waiting for my shipment.
Plus you are a post office, you are here to serve the people, their needs, and help mail a package or what ever it may be. You get the things free for the customers, they are there for the customers to use, not to be told go on line and order them.
The staff was friendly and helpful and helped me ship my package for cheaper than I was expecting.
