I just ran across the bad review. I could not disagree more! They staff at the Southport, NC Sherwin Williams are VERY helpful and knowledgeable. Justin, the manager is always there and more than helpful, he is a pleasure to do business with. I don't know what kind of bad experience you had, but have never experienced any problem regarding product pick up times or staff not being at the counter. Keep up the good work guys!
Very helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't know what product I needed, but once I explained the intended application, they directed me to the right product and thoroughly explained how to use it. They also gave me a lower cost option to help me weigh cost vs. quality of result. Will definitely go back for future painting needs.
Service was good, employees helpful and the paint covered better than I expected. In fact it may be the best coverage of any paint I've used in a long time.
Justin and the staff at this location are awful. No help. They do nothing but hang out in the back office. We have a national account and try to avoid going to this location. Not knowledgeable at all. Go somewhere else and save yourself the hour.
