The store is immaculate and well stocked with different bedding options. Even the delivery guys were prompt, courteous, and very professional. An all-around 5 star experience. I would recommend this store to anyone in the area looking for a new mattress.
Spent $1k on a Serta queen mattress and was told that they were made here in North Carolina. Serta unfortunately started outsourcing part of the manufacturing. As soon as Fred Rose, owner of America's Mattress, heard of my complaint, he immediately contacted me to offer a replacement mattress as he was unaware the manufacturing situation. The customer service in handling the situation was excellent and very efficient. I am glad that I shopped with America's Mattress as they have proven that they strive to make their customers 100% satisfied.

What an amazing experience. For YEARS, both my mother and I struggled with finding the right mattress. We struggled with high pressure salespeople and ended up in mattresses that were not right for us; too firm, too soft, poor quality, etc. But after recently moving to NC and buying one awful mattress (from a store that closed just a month later), we decided to give America's Mattress a try. Our salesman was Mike. He was wonderful! No pressure. He made sure to go over every mattress and it's benefits. He listened to what was important to my mother and I regarding our sleeping habits, comfort expectations, etc. He had us try several different mattresses, to make sure we were "comfortable" with our decisions. :) Such a wonderful experience.
