I am very disappointed with the Christmas arrangement that was delivered to my daughter"today. I had been told by a gentleman at the florist that they would probably substitute the lilies with red roses, since the lilies they were getting were more of a fall color, which was fine. The arrangement ended up having the more "fall colored" lilies, and the carnations were substituted with roses. When I called to express my concern about the flowers, I was told that the roses were "more expensive"........who cares....I would take carnations over roses any day!! To make matters worse, something that looks like "rag doll " hair
I'm a native of Southport NC living in Charleston SC. Needed a nice arrangement for my mothers birthday, called the florist spoke with a nice lady "Linda" and ask for a nice flower arrangement to be delivered and she assured me not to worry. My mother was absolutely pleased with the flower. THANKS!!! to my home town florist. An awesome experience .

Absolutely beautiful flower arrangements! Don supplied all of our flowers for our wedding on Bald Head Island this past weekend and we were blown away by how amazing they turned out. Don was able to capture exactly what I wanted without me even knowing myself. The texture in our bouquets and centerpieces were beautiful. The guy from the florist just called me , since I called and complained earlier........but hey....he is the one who told me the lilies they were getting were the wrong color and they were substituting them. Too bad they didn't do that!!

I had the very sad occasion to need flowers for the funeral of a dear friend. Without much notice and without much direction, Linda was able to put together a beautiful arrangement - and then they went the extra step of making a special trip to the funeral home to have the flowers there in time for the visitation. Amazing customer service, coupled with a gorgeous arrangement - couldn't ask for more.
