I was visiting my daughter and her family from fla. The next day I got here my Volvo wouldn’t start. I Had it Towed to James Brown. It was something so simple as a blown fuse in the starter. There was no charge for their service which I thought was a wonderful thing. CJ was more than helpful on the phone. They checked my car thoroughly to make sure it was safe to drive back to Florida. I've used these folks for a couple of years for both older and newer vehicles. Prices are fair and repairs are done right. They are the best in the Southport/Oak Island area.

Called in twice to confirm that they would be able to work on my car which is an older diesel, I made sure over the phone that they would be able to. Paid 120.00 dollars to have the car towed out to their shop, I never received a call and had to call in to see what was going on with my car. I was told that they "wouldn't touch it" due to it being a diesel and its age, I had to have it towed to another shop for yet another tow fee. I called to ask what had occurred and spoke with a billy,I stated that I had spoke with two people from his shop about them being able to do the work and he replied "Yep Sure Did" I asked about them covering the tow cost and he said nope and hung up on me. I called again and he did the same. Avoid these scam artists, as if they were willing to due this to a mentally disabled person they'd do it to you.
